24/7 technical support is available for all our customers and performed by our skilled service support engineers. The emergency support team will promptly support our customers to ensure minimum downtime of your equipment.

Remote Condition Monitoring

All our units can be equipped with an online remote monitoring system which enables correct service during an unexpected standstill. It also enables OPRA to provide preventive and corrective maintenance support.

Service Level Training Certification

Training on several levels can be provided by OPRA from operator up to full service level. This gives our customers the ability to operate and maintain their equipment according to OPRA’s high quality standards.

Installation and Commissioning

OPRA provides a full installation and commissioning service until handover to our client. Our OPRA service team ensures that OPRA equipment will run as expected to keep our customers satisfied

Field Service and Inspections

Our skilled service support engineers are able to fulfil all required scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, perform repairs where required, and provide recommendations to ensure that your equipment can run efficiently and in a safe mode of operation.  To keep your equipment operating efficiently we can provide OEM parts when required.

Major Overhauls

The OPRA service team supports our customers during a major overhaul and provides all services required to maintain your equipment. After a complete major overhaul the turbine is equipped to run for another 40,000 operating hours. In order to secure continuous operation during the overhaul, OPRA offers a short turbine rental or a turbine exchange program.

Product Enhancements and Upgrades

Our equipment is designed to remain in service for many years. To ensure our customers are always equipped with the latest state-of-the-art technology, OPRA Turbines provides equipment upgrades and replacement parts.

3 Service Level Agreements (LTSA)

As well as the basic service level which is standard in our contract, the OPRA service team can provide an additional 3 levels of service agreements. These extended service options allow OPRA to ensure minimum downtime and keep OPRA equipment well-maintained and serviced according to OPRA’s high quality standards.
