OPRA’s OP16 Gas Turbine Engine Showcased At Tissue World Milan

From 25-27 March 2019, our EPC partner EIL exhibited at Tissue World Milan and showcased OPRA’s OP16 Gas Turbine engine at their exhibition booth.

EIL have developed a complete integrated solution to power a paper mill production line generating both thermal and electrical energy using the OP16 Gas Turbine.

The pulp & paper and tissue paper industry is very energy intensive. High temperature heat is needed for steam generation and drying. High availability and efficiency make a winning combination to reduce the annual energy production. The Renergy+ systems, designed by EIL, feature a highly serviceable design minimizing the need for maintenance and increasing production time, leading to maximum availability.

Together with EIL, OPRA is focused on improving annual energy saving, minimizing the plants total life cycle costs and reducing emissions. OPRA has multiple references in the field and is a perfect match for small to medium size paper plants.
